Every West Coast TCG order is custom printed to order by Custom TCG Gear. No stock is held, so each item is made just for you.

Production time

Production takes 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation. Larger orders (10+ units) may add an extra business day.

Shipping time

Once your order leaves production, expect roughly 10 days in transit on average, depending on the exact city or town. Some addresses arrive faster, some take a little longer. Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as your order ships.

Reprint guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match the artwork you approved, we'll reprint it for free. Just reach out within 30 days with a photo and your order number.

Returns

Because every item is custom printed to order, we can't accept returns on personalized products. Quality issues are always covered by the reprint guarantee above.
